In honor of International Women’s Day earlier this month, we’d like to give a shout-out to these leading women who have become successful Miami entrepreneurs. .  These top female entrepreneurs on Instagram inspire and lead in various industries ranging from retail to real estate.  All in all, they’re giving us major #girlboss vibes!

Anastasia Koutsioukis
Anastasia is responsible for one of Miami’s most beloved restaurants; Mandolin.  One step inside this restaurant and you’re immediately transported to a Greek island. A little over a year ago, she opened Mrs. Mandolin, a boutique and lifestyle store adjacent to Mandolin.  Now, she combines all of her passions into one and we couldn’t be happier!

Ashley Cusack

Ashley has garnered numerous awards over her 25-year career history in real estate.  Last year, she was named one of EWM Realty International’s Top Producing Associates in 2018.  As a Miami native, she truly understands the market.  She attributes her success to maintaining a client-focused attitude.

Monica “Mika” Leon

Mika Leon’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for food first led her to start a food blog in NYC and then a catering company when she moved to Miami.  Her passion only grew which led her to start Caja Caliente out of a tiny food truck.  It wasn’t too long before she cultivated a following with her family recipes.  Now Mika cooks alongside her family in a permanent location in Wynwood.
