Graziano’s is a family-owned and operated Argentinian steakhouse known for their famous wood fire-grilled meats. With 9 locations offering a combination of restaurant, market, wine shop and bakery, Graziano’s is a local staple for every occasion.
Something truly special happens when hard work, family, and quality service/products are thrown into the recipe that is “family business”. The Graziano’s family has brought culture, flavor, and such an amazing and comfortable atmosphere to the South Florida community. When we love what our clients do and what they’re all about, our job becomes a lot easier! On any given day you can find the Socially Intuit team stocking up on groceries at their gourmet markets, grabbing a quick empanada to-go, or having an amazing meal at their restaurants!

What We Did
Prior to hiring us, Graziano’s was running social media accounts in-house, without a unified vision and without responding to customer reviews. Since early 2018, we have managed and directed Graziano’s social media accounts, optimizing them with copy that reflects their brand, corrected geolocations, and analyzed their followers to refocus their audience appropriately. Content and social media feeds are centered on an editorial calendar we created that helps us stagger content among various platforms to avoid pushing the same content to all social channels at once. Posting has been normalized so that content is posted when it is most effective.
Once social profile content is aligned with the company brand, we will begin a targeted advertising strategy to add followers and increase traffic to the restaurants. We respond to over 500 monthly reviews across all 10 locations on various review platforms and have created a system to alert management of any unfavorable reviews so that operations can be adjusted accordingly.
